We trust the ancient wisdom so we base classes on the original Patanjali Sutra series of yoga poses (warming, standing, sitting, final inverted, Pranayamas, and meditation) which is the safest yoga. In the evening we are usually more flexible and have more strength and therefore we can concentrate on our muscles. Our yoga teaches you to feel your body in a very healing way. This practice will serve you in all parts of life.

    We use a 6 page health questionnaire which we go through together, and holistic methods (facial, pulse) are used to advice on the most beneficial healthy lifestyle based on modern and ancient methods (as Ayurveda, North American, ancient Greek and other systems) to determine for each person. Recommendations are basic lifestyle changes and in rare cases herbs (not medical advice).

Nice secluded beach. You may catch the sun on your own or visit beach club. There are some cafes and restaurants nearby. Not a lot of people most of the time. A bit far from Huahin, but in my opinion it is worth the trip :)

Quiet and nice beach to visit. You can stay whole day and order delicious Thai food and beverages. Cheap foods. Highly recommended. You can park in the street.

Huge beach with whitish sand. Loads of water activities and many beach bars and restaurants offering services including massage, pedicures and manicures.
